A native of George County, Ms. Brown graduated from George County High School in 2003. She received a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008 where she served as the education reporter for the Hattiesburg American. 


In 2010, she began her teaching career, later earning a master's degree in Education from William Carey University. In 2021, she received her specialist degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. Ms. Brown taught English Language Arts at various grade levels for ten years at George County Middle School before joining the administration team at her alma mater, GCHS. 


She resides in the Central community and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and serving in various roles at her church, Beaumont Church of God.

Mrs. Davis graduated from Terry High School in 1998. Mrs. Davis has lived in George County since 2010. 


Mrs. Davis received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from William Carey University and a Masters of Education from the University of West Alabama . She then completed her Specialist Degree in Education from William Carey University. During her 16 years in education, Mrs. Davis has taught middle school and high school science, served as the high school State Test Coordinator, and assisted with Federal Programs. 


Mrs. Davis and her husband, Tim, have three children.

Mrs. Valerie Pierce, originally from Central Florida, relocated to Mississippi in 2008.  After working in the insurance field for 18 years in Florida, Mrs. Pierce began her career in the education field in George County. 


She has taught mathematics at George County High School for the last 13 years.  She completed her Master's Degree in Education in 2018 and her Specialist Degree in 2022 at Arkansas State University.


Mrs. Pierce and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren in their blended family.

Jason Holland is a native of George County and a 1991 graduate of George County High School. After spending many years in the construction industry, he began his teaching career at George County High School in 2013. He has taught Construction, Carpentry, Work-Based Learning, and Introduction to Engineering Design. 


In 2020, Mr. Holland received his Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. He then served as Transportation Director before coming back to CTE in January 2023. 


Mr. Holland and his wife Jennifer live in George County and have two children.

Coach James Ray is a native of Hernando, MS. Coach Ray received his bachelor's degree in education from Delta State University, where he played football and met his wife Kim.


Ray began his teaching and coaching career at Horn Lake High School. His coaching stints include Munford High School and Brighton High School in TN.  Upon returning to his home state of MS, Ray has been part of very succesful football programs at Taylorsville High School and Bruce High School. After earning a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, Ray joined the staff at George County, first as defensive coordinator and currently as head football coach and athletic coordinator.


Ray resides in Lucedale and attends Watermark Methodist Church.  He and his wife Kim have a son, Fisher, and daughter, Olivia.
